Praxis Communities Coaching is dedicated to helping leaders and organizations achieve their potential. I am passionate about helping people live into their greatest capacity.

I also believe that the Holy Spirit is out ahead of us inviting us to new life and new opportunities. I have experience in a variety of ministry contexts within the Episcopal Church and beyond – planting churches, starting new worship services, launching not for profits, and helping traditional churches transition to new expressions of church. I also have worked with dioceses to support and train new leaders and imagine new ways to be the church in our time. I created Praxis Communities because I want to offer my experience and companionship to others and to help support new initiatives across the church.

Although I am passionate about mission development and the new thing God is doing in our time, I want coaching to be available to a wide array of people – to individuals seeking wholeness and purpose in their lives, to lay and clergy leaders seeking to move purposefully toward their goals as leaders in their communities or churches, to bishops and dioceses looking to refine their purpose and strategically lead their people into the future. Coaching is something everyone can benefit from as it helps all of us gain greater clarity and motivation. I can help you imagine the possibilities, create a plan, and overcome obstacles and limiting beliefs. I am eager to share the benefit of coaching with you.
