Join Karen Ward and St Matthews Episcopal Church in Westerville Ohio for a shared meal, evening prayer, and conversation at the pub reflecting on new models of being church.
Karen Ward is an Episcopal priest and founding Vicar of Church of the Apostles, Seattle (among the first emerging/Fresh Expressions mission congregations started in the Episcopal Church). Karen is a co-founder and Director of Episcopal Village, ‘a mission initiative, network and community, curating mission events, clergy conferences and ‘Missio’ courses for dioceses within TEC and the Anglican Church in Canada. Karen was last in Southern Ohio as the keynote speaker for the Missio Conference in 2011 at Christ Church Cathedral. She is currently serving as priest and missioner at St. Andrew’s and All Souls in Portland and is the founder of ‘Portland Abbey Arts’ a new, non religious arts initiative in north Portland.
